groups to family reunions, weddings, fashion shows and small conferences.
Now that we've expanded and have two separate
wings in the hotel - we can provide the former 'Green Isle Inn' section of
the hotel for Special Events. Do you want to plan a very unique pool party,
reunion, business presentation, fashion show, photo shoot, wedding
reception, business meetings or product introduction?
The space is completely private and can be
modified to meet your needs.
Catering facilities can be provided by our
Friendly Coqui cafe and catering service.
Poolside bar facilities available for social
activities.
Guest rooms can be included at great rates if
you take the entire wing of the hotel.
Special Event pricing and availability depends
on the time of year:

High Season: From just before
Christmas until just after Easter and the entire month of July
(traditional summer vacation in Puerto Rico) availability for special
events is very limited unless all rooms in this wing are included. (see
group rate page).

Value Season: The first two weeks of
January, between Easter and June 30th and October 15th - Dec 20th.
Minimum number of rooms apply for Special Events.

Bargain Season: August 1st through
Oct 15th. Guests room rental is optional for Special Events.

Coqui Inn has a small gym, a comfortable lobby with internet access and
golf carts to help bring luggage to your room.
Sodas, Water, Candy and Micro-wave Snacks are available for sale in the lobby.
Beach towels, suntan oil and
souvenirs are available for sale at the front desk.
Group Facilities: Our patio meeting room can be reserved for use by groups that are staying at Coqui Inn. The covered space near the pool has stacking chairs, folding tables, easel-style flip charts and plenty of space. Possible uses include: hospitality suite, demonstrations, group registration, meetings, lectures, presentations, displays, etc. There are two adjoining standard rooms which are great for group leaders. Availability is limited - so book early!
We also have a great bar area next to the pool that can be used for receptions, pool parties or just hanging out. You can bring your own food/drinks, or have our Chinese/Asian Restaurant NIKKO cater your affair!
Gymnasium: We
have a small gym with equipment at Coqui Inn. If you need more equipment
or classes, there is a small gym just down the street past Coqui Inn Casa Mathiesen. Momentum Gym is open 5:30am - 9:00pm Monday/Thursday and reduced hours on Friday/Saturday. They offer a day-pass to our hotel guests for approx. $10/day or $30/week. Additional fees may apply for classes such as Spinning, Pilates and Massage. Stop by or call 787-726-6050
